Can I exchange instead of return?

For us to operate efficiently and get you your items quickly, we aren't able to offer exchanges. If you want to get the same item in a different size or color, simply follow our very easy returns process and place a new order for the item you want.

I haven’t received my refund yet - what should I do?

Refunds take up to 21 days to be processed, once you have handed over your return to our logistics partner. If it's been more than 21 days since you sent back your return, please Contact us.

How do I get the return to you?

We highly recommend dropping your return off at our of our logistic partner's sites. Please inform them you are dropping off as a MAKA customer making a return & make sure you have your tracking number on hand. You should not pay any fee to drop off.
